Vintage Crafter's Challenge

The cute girls from Simple Simon and Co, asked me to participate in their Vintage Crafter's Challenge and heaven help me...I didn't have time to do it (if you've seen the state of our house you'd understand), but I couldn't resist! I love this kind of stuff, and honestly am flattered to be invited.

Click on over to see what I came up with, and check out all the other cute projects.

And just a note to anyone who might possibly invite me to do something like this again (should I be so lucky)-- I will be late. Its just a fact. Try as I might to get things done on time I just cannot. So just lie to me about the deadline and we should be A-OK.

The Vintage Crafter's Challenge

Thanks for having me girls!

  4. Hello, I am new here, but found you via Elizabeth and Liz's vintage crafters challenge. I needed to tell you how inspired I was by your post. I adore what you made. I have two little girls,a dn I am on a mission to make lots of beautiful dresses and outfits for them ( before they start deciding what to wear)
I am doing the challenge too, and I have really enjoyed reading through your 'tickety boo'blog. Have smiley day .jo

  5. Mmm, I love everything about it! I've been looking through your older posts and you take the most beautiful photos! I had to laugh at the post about your "pretty" boy--I feel that way with my son, too, and all the time people are telling me, "Oh, he is so beautiful! Wait--should I not call a boy beautiful?" He's getting more boyish-looking as he grows up, but just like yours, with those rosy cheeks and pouty lips and big blue eyes, I can't help thinking he's just pretty :-)

Avery's coloring is perfect for that little dress.I love the picture of her holding the egg and the wind blowing her hair. OX, Mom
